Where is the wedding reception?
Our wedding reception will take place outside in the courtyard of the NuWray Hotel, also known as Roland’s Bar.

When is the wedding ceremony?
We’ll be exchanging vows in a private ceremony at Wiseman’s View. The invitation is for our reception, where we’ll celebrate with family and friends. Details for the reception are on the home page.

When should I RSVP?
Please RSVP by September 19th.

Where should I stay?
Our reception venue (The NuWray Inn) is available for accommodations if you would like to stay in Burnsville (about 30 minutes North of Weaverville). If you prefer to stay in Weaverville, you may prefer the Fairfield Inn & Suites - Weaverville.

What should I wear?
Please feel free to dress in dressy casual / cocktail attire - whichever you prefer. We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration.

Is the reception indoors or outdoors?
The reception will be outdoors, weather permitting. Please keep in mind the Fall weather and dress warmly. If rain occurs then the reception will be held across the street at the Burnsville Town Center.

What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at 5 so you have plenty of time to enjoy Cocktail hour (and drinks are on us). Dinner will begin at 6.

Is there parking at the Venue?
Yes, there is parking available at the venue and public parking around the town square.

Will there be food and drinks?
Yes, there will be dinner, drinks, and dessert at the reception!

Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?
Please let us know when you RSVP if you there are any food restrictions, allergies, or sensitivities, and your meal will be prepared with these in mind.

Where are you registered?
We opted not to have a registry, as your presence is truly the best gift! A card box will be available at the reception for those who wish to share a note or gift.

Can I bring a +1?
We are more than happy to accommodate your significant other. Just include them when RSVP’ing

Are children welcome?
Absolutely! Please mention their age and whether they need accommodations like a high chair. Games will also be available in the garden (large checkers and cornhole).
